After a hard workout, your muscles are in dire need of a quick replenishment
with carbohydrates and proteins to restore energy and start the
recovery process. Recovery contains refined raw materials that are absorbed
very quickly in the body and allows for an optimal recovery.

The protein source in Recovery is also carefully selected and consists of hydrolyzed
whey isolate which is virtually fat & lactose free. The benefits of this protein
are many, because it is hydrolyzed, the stomach and intestines are not as
hard as with “regular” protein.

A hydrolyzed protein consists largely of short peptides and free
amino acids and its absorption into the body is immediate. It is important that the muscles
access to amino acids quickly to stop the muscle breakdown that occurs
during a workout and instead start building muscle.

The carbohydrate source consists of easily digestible glucose polymers that quickly, easily and

DOSAGE
