It is well documented that carbohydrates have a performance-enhancing effect during prolonged physical work. Carbohydrates are particularly beneficial for sports activities lasting longer than 90 minutes, but even during shorter high-intensity work, carbohydrates have a positive impact on endurance and recovery. It is important to remember that carbohydrates provide energy for both brain and muscles. Energy Booster consists of a combination of two different types of carbohydrates. These are quickly absorbed by the body and provide immediate energy where it is needed.

Energy Booster not only replaces used carbohydrates but also electrolytes. When you lose a lot of fluids, for example during hard physical activity or hot days, you also lose electrolytes. Energy Booster contains potassium, sodium and magnesium to help you maintain your body's electrolyte balance even in the most demanding situations.

If you mix the product according to the instructions, it becomes hypotonic. This means that the drink improves the absorption of water, thereby counteracting the dehydration of the body, which is otherwise a contributing factor to fatigue from hard physical activity. A hypotonic sports drink is also more gentle on the stomach.

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 60 g) of Energy Booster in 0.75 - 1 liter of water and take it with physical activity.
