Complete Protein 3 contains a 50/50 blend of whey protein isolate and casein, which is the same distribution as in breast milk. Complete Protein is instantized for maximum solubility and has a very high protein content and almost non-existent fat and lactose.

Complete Protein 3 contains 50% whey protein isolate and 50% casein and has a very low fat and carbohydrate content. This makes Complete Protein 3 an excellent all-round protein, perfect after training, as a snack or as an evening protein. DOSAGE
